The content is published as received from the vendor and is made available solely for informational and reference purposes.
3. Responsibility of the Buyer
   That it shall be the sole responsibility of the buyer/user to:
   • Conduct independent verification and due diligence with respect to any vendor or business listed on the portal;
   • Negotiate and fix all terms and conditions related to any proposed transaction, agreement, or engagement;
   • Ensure compliance with applicable laws and safeguard personal and commercial interests in all dealings with the vendor.
4. Limitation of Liability
   That BVGF, its founders, office bearers, representatives, and affiliates shall not be liable or responsible in any manner whatsoever for:
   • Any loss, damage, claim, liability, or dispute arising from or in connection with any transaction, communication, or agreement between the buyer and any vendor listed on the portal;
   • Any false, misleading, or fraudulent statement or representation made by any vendor;
   • Any deficiency, non-performance, or breach of contract by any vendor, including quality of goods or services delivered.
5. Waiver of Claims
   By using this portal and accessing any vendor information, the buyer/user hereby expressly waives any and all claims against BVGF and its office bearers and acknowledges that the portal serves solely as a matching and listing platform, without any involvement in transactional or commercial dealings.
6. The Bhartiya Vaishya Global Foundation (BVGF), through its portal www.bvgf.in, acts solely as a neutral platform to facilitate the visibility and listing of vendor/business information. BVGF does not verify, endorse, or certify the accuracy, legality, or completeness of any vendor data published on the platform.
7. All buyers/users are solely responsible for verifying vendor credentials, conducting due diligence, and fixing all terms and conditions before entering into any communication, transaction, or agreement with any vendor.
8. BVGF and its office bearers shall not be liable for any loss, damage, dispute, misrepresentation, or claim arising out of any transaction or interaction between the buyer and the vendor. The buyer expressly acknowledges that BVGF provides only a listing/matching service and assumes no responsibility for vendor conduct, services, or products.

By using this platform, the buyer accepts this disclaimer and waives any right to claim against BVGF or its representatives.
