1. About the Organization

Bhartiya Vaishya Global Foundation (BVGF) is a registered Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) dedicated to the socio-economic, cultural, educational, entrepreneurial, and digital empowerment of the Vaishya community across India and globally.

We are:

• Registered under Section 12A & 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961, enabling eligible donors to claim tax benefits.
• Registered on the NGO DARPAN Portal of NITI Aayog, Government of India.

✅ A non-profit, non-political organization, not engaged in any commercial profit-making activities.

Our services are provided exclusively for community development and welfare.

2. Scope of Services

Through its platform and digital ecosystem, BVGF facilitates:

• Annual Membership Registration
• Matrimonial Platform Access
• Business Promotion Listings
• Job & Internship Listings
• Participation in Educational, Social & Cultural Programs
• Community Networking Events and Initiatives

All services are provided purely as facilitators, and not for any commercial exploitation.

3. Membership Terms

• Membership is valid for one year and subject to a nominal annual fee.
• This fee supports platform maintenance, development, and outreach. It is not a commercial charge.
• If the membership is not renewed, the member's profile and access will be deactivated or hidden until renewal.

4. Platform Usage & Disclaimers

a. Matrimonial Portal

• BVGF provides a platform for bride/groom profiles within the Vaishya community.
• We do not verify the accuracy or authenticity of user-submitted information.
• BVGF, its officers, or employees shall not be liable for any disputes, misrepresentation, or consequences.
• Users are responsible for performing due diligence before engaging in any communication or alliance.

b. Job Portal

• The job portal allows users to post and search for employment or internship opportunities.
• BVGF does not verify the data submitted by job seekers or employers.
• We provide only a listing system; all users must independently validate the information.
• BVGF bears no responsibility for any fraud, dispute, or loss.

c. Business Promotion

• Members can upload their business details for visibility and networking.
• BVGF does not verify, certify, or endorse any business listing or claim.
• We do not take responsibility for business accuracy, default, or any resulting issue.
• Users must personally verify all business data before taking any commercial decision.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, formats, documents, graphics, forms, and materials on BVGF's platforms are the intellectual property of BVGF.

Unauthorized copying, publishing, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

BVGF shall not be held liable for:

• Any direct or indirect damage, loss, or consequence caused by use or misuse of our platform.
• Any misinformation, fraud, or dispute arising from matrimonial, business, or job listings.
• Any third-party interactions initiated through BVGF's digital services.

7. Modification of Terms

BVGF reserves the right to revise, update, or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.

It is the responsibility of the user to review these terms periodically for updates.
