Refund Policy - Bhartiya Vaishya Global Foundation (BVGF)

1. Payment Gateway (PG) – Purpose and Authorized Use

The Payment Gateway is implemented solely for the purpose of receiving digital payments for services offered through the website. It functions as a secured interface between the applicant, the organization, and the respective banking/payment channels.

Authorized Use Includes:

Online payment of Annual General Membership Fees.
Payment for services as listed and approved through the website.
Automated acknowledgment/receipt issuance upon successful payment.
Secure processing of transactions through UPI, Net Banking, Debit/Credit Cards, and other approved channels.
Compliance with encryption, security protocols, and applicable PCI-DSS standards.
Administrative reporting, reconciliation, and settlement for accounting transparency.

Note: Unauthorized transactions, third-party payments without consent, or use for unrelated purposes is strictly prohibited.

2. Services and Pricing Structure

A. Annual General Membership

Fees: ₹300/- per member

Validity: 01 April to 31 March (Financial Year)

Membership shall be approved subject to verification and eligibility confirmation.

B. Matrimonial Portal – Profile Publication

Fees: ₹500/- per profile/case

Validity: Up to 6 months from publication or until successful match, whichever is earlier.

Publication is subject to administrative review and required verification.

C. Promote Your Business – Business Listing

Fees: ₹500/- per business listing

Validity: 12 months from the date of activation.

Listing shall be subject to approval and compliance with portal guidelines.

3. Pricing and Checkout Terms

All payments are required to be routed exclusively through the authorized Payment Gateway provided on the website.
A digital acknowledgment/receipt shall be issued automatically upon successful payment confirmation.
Fees once paid are non-transferable and non-adjustable against any other service.
Activation, publication, or listing shall be carried out only after successful receipt and administrative approval.
The organization reserves the right to accept or reject any application based on verification, eligibility criteria, or policy compliance.

4. Refund Policy

This Refund Policy is applicable only for Online Membership Fees.

A refund request may be submitted within 7 days from the date of payment, along with relevant supporting details.
If the membership application is rejected during verification within 7 days, the fee paid shall be refunded.
No refund shall be permissible after:
- The expiry of 7 days from the date of payment; or
- Voluntary withdrawal by the applicant after approval.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 15 working days, subject to banking and payment gateway timelines.
Refunds shall be made only through the original mode of payment used for the transaction.

5. Acceptance and Applicability

By proceeding with a payment through the website, the applicant confirms:

Understanding and acceptance of the above terms;
Agreement to service-specific conditions and verification requirements; and
Acceptance of the Pricing, Checkout Terms, and Refund Policy stated herein.
